Portrait of Victoria Crosby

My career has spanned the spectrum of how software gets built: the regulated rigor of FDA-cleared medical devices at Dexcom, the bleeding edge of edge-AI sensing at Sony, enterprise data platforms at Intuit, and structured SaaS delivery at ServiceNow and Universal Music.

Along the way I noticed the gap most teams fall into: advisors who can’t build, and builders who can’t see the whole picture. So I do both. I bring the product judgment to choose the right thing, the program discipline to actually ship it, and — increasingly — the hands-on engineering to build it with modern AI tooling.

The thing I care about most is how we work: embedded with your team, sharing context, and making decisions together. You get a senior collaborator, not a hand-off.

The path

From regulated medtech to enterprise AI — to building in the open

2026 — Present

Founder & principal

Program Edge LLC · building in the open

Shipping software and advising teams — and publishing it: ToolWitness (open-source AI agent verification), an automated market-risk reporting agent, client websites, and a blog on AI workflows and context engineering.

2024 — 2026

Technical Program Manager, Data Acceleration

Intuit

Drove six concurrent data programs across 40+ partners; led a Builder-Culture mobilization and shipped an agentic AI planning capability and a Global Context Engine — contributing to $55M in incremental paid-media impact.

2024

Senior Program Manager, AI & Innovation

Sony

Owned end-to-end delivery for the AITRIOS edge-AI sensing platform on the IMX500 SoC — data pipelines, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and prompt strategies, shipped in compressed, demo-ready windows.

2018 — 2023

Technical Product Owner, MedTech Applications

Dexcom

Owned product definition and delivery across Dexcom’s SaMD and wearable portfolio. Drove the launch of Class II CGM systems (G6 and G7) through FDA 510(k) clearance and into 37 international markets; led Lean Six Sigma initiatives delivering $700K in annual savings.

2017 — 2018

Senior Program Manager

ServiceNow

Owned delivery of 25+ in-market releases across 60+ cross-functional teams in four countries within a structured ITIL-based environment.

2013 — 2016

Senior Technical Project Manager

Universal Music Publishing Group

Drove releases through full governance lifecycles and delivered a global digital recording library as part of a five-year corporate growth strategy.

What I bring

A rare combination

Context engineering

My signature strength — getting the right information and structure to both the AI and the humans steering it, so tools are reliable instead of merely impressive.

Regulated rigor, anywhere it matters

Design controls, risk management, and human-factors discipline from FDA-cleared medical devices — useful wherever safety and trust are on the line.

AI program delivery

Real experience shipping GenAI and agentic programs end to end — data pipelines, RAG, LLM integrations, and AI-assisted delivery in matrixed organizations.

Strategy and hands on keyboard

I can set the roadmap and build the first version — so the plan and the product never drift apart.
